Deep pothole, dangerous for bikers and pedestrians

The pothole is about 15-20 cm deep and looks as if a manhole has collapsed. It is clearly bad quality job asfalting. I tripped in it and fell, luckily only hurt my knee. At least one biker fell in the hole, as late as last saturday. The kid was all right.
