Planbeskrivelsen til kommunen beskriver parkeringsplasser foran Markveien Terasse, til bruk for Kunder til bedrifter på dagtid og gjesteparkering for besøkende til beboere i bygget. Det er kommunen som selv brøyter her. Hva er meningen med å brøyte inn snø på disse plassene??😨
