Sent to Oslo and Statens vegvesen region øst 3 minutes later

Gatelysene utenfor Ljan terrasse blender sterkt rett inn i leilighetene her. Lysene er i tillegg så sterke at de forsinker bladfelling fra bjørketrær langs veien. Skjermer som retter lyset mot vei og fortau hadde vært ønskelig for å forhindre lysforurensingen.
