Utilstrekkelig overvannshåndtering skaper større vannansamling i fotgjengerovergang. Medfører at fotgjengere krysser veien på andre steder og trafikkbildet blir uoversiktlig og farlig for fotgjengere. Kryssing av vei blir vanskelig for eldre og person med funksjonsnedsettelser
