Enkelte gater i byen er gateskiltene altfor langt inne i veien, at en risikerer å ta feil gate. F.eks i Kontorveien, Bedriftsveien og Fangstveien er skiltene plassert ca. 3 meter innover i veien, og ikke ved nærmeste kryss.
