Det er antagelig sand i røret. Vann renner ikke ned i dreneringshull utenfor Carl Dons veg 20. Må sees i sammenheng med drenering utenfor Carl Dons veg 18 som også er tett(det siger såvidt ned der)

Brøyter har tatt med seg plenen utenfor Carl Dons veg 15. Skjer hvert år. Gress kan byttes ut med grus.
