Noen har sikkert med god mening, for å blokkere for biler eller bremse sykler, plassert en betongstein ved bispebrua. det er mørkt, jeg syklet på den en kveld. Forslag: merk den godt som akutt-tiltak, skift til bedre varig sperring på sikt.
