Fortauene i Sunnlandsskrenten er ikke dimensjonerte for trafikken som går gjennom området. Dette forsterkes av at hager/busker brer seg inn i fortauene, har nok ikke blitt vedlikeholdt på veldig lenge. Utrygt å gå hjem med barn og rundt med barnevogn, spesielt mot krysset ned Bakkehellet.
