Ofte mye overvann/regnvann i veibanen på E39, i s-sving mellom avkjøring til Jonsterhaugen og Bergen fengsel. Betydelig fare for vannplaning ved regnvær, da store mengder vann renner tvers over E39. Mest i kjørebane mot Åsane. Tett drenering/rør/manglende drenering?
