Avløp mot fortau ligger for høyt. Enkelte steder er det helling OPP mot avløp.

Vannet renner i elv/bekk halve bakken og samler seg til slutt ved barnehagen.

Risiko for frost/is i innkjørsel til blokker/borettslag.
