Feil på lysjustering av gatelys Vogts gate/Kongens gate, Moss

Det har blitt noe merkelig med justeringen av gatelyset i krysset Kongens gate/Vogts gate. Hver eneste morgen et det rødt lys mot Vogts gate og grønt lys (pil) mot høyre til Kongens gate. Dette er nesten uansett hvilket klokkeslett man kommer kjørende (tidsrommet før/etter kl. 06:00)
