Asfalt slitt av på fortau ved innkjørsel til parkeringsplass/garasjer. Mange eldre og andre med nedsatt balanseevne som bor på Østerås, så ønskelig at fortauene er i god stand. Biler som skal til og fra garasjeanleggene krysser fortauet, og hullene vil føre til ekstra slitasje på bilene. Generelt mye gjennomgangstrafikk, syklende og gående, på fortauet.
