Gatelysene i Gartnervegen Ottestad er ikke skrudd på. Det er veldig mørkt og skaper trafikkfarlige situasjoner mellom gående og kjørende. Det er dessuten også anleggstrafikk pga utbygging/arbeider på Åkersvika, dette gjør det ekstra viktig med god sikt langs veien
