En sementbil har stengt Ottars veg på Bekkevoll siden 08.45 i dag tidlig. Når veien blir stengt for gjennomkjøring i så mange timer som mer enn 2,5 timer så må det skiltes om at veien er stengt for gjennomkjøring. Neste gang ringer jeg politiet
