Hver vår så er grus veien i Utgardsvegen oppløst i vann i flere uker, svært gjørmete. Og fullt av svære hull alle steder.

Vannet kjem seg ikke ut av grus vegen tydeligvis.

Hvorfor er det ikke lagt asfalt her når det ellers er gjort i resten av bolig feltet?
