Ved stien forbi øvre lekeplass på Høvik verk barneskole henger en liten søppelkasse på en lyktestolpe. Denne er nesten alltid full av hundeposer og annet. Nå ser det ut til at den ikke er tømt på en stund, og det ligger mange hundeposer rundt omkring. Jeg vet jo ikke hvem som har dette ansvaret, men kanskje dere kan formidle? : )
