Det er manglende fall mot avløp ved Kattuglebrotet 18, slik at vann renner forbi og oversvømmer enden av gata ved stort regnfull. Dersom det lages en liten asfaltkant ved enden av avløpet vil man kunne lede noe av vannet inn i avløpet.
