Nederst i gangveien mot Hammerdammen står det en del trær som nå har fått vokse fritt i mange år. De har nå blitt svært høye og tar både utsikt og lys for beboere i området. Siden disse står på Bærum kommune's eiendom bes det om at de hugges, sekundært tynnes eller toppes vesentlig
