Samme problem på samme sted igjen, der hele fortauet er avstengt. Det ser ut som det er mye vann foran garasjen i nr.9, og for at vannet ikke skal renne inn til nr.11, legger de ut denne hindringen. Her bør det kanskje snakkes med eier av nr.11?
