Sent to Bergen and Statens vegvesen region vest 5 minutes later

Når det regner dukker denne enorme dammen opp. Den er ganske dyp, opp mot 20 cm. Sperrer hele veien slik at det er umulig å gå tørrskodd. Er dette grei standard på en kommunal vei?
