Mye vann samler seg og gjør at biler spruter ned fortau med fotgjengere. Vanskelig å se fotgjengere da de kommer "blindt" opp langs støyskjerm. Tett sluk? Meldt tidligere at dette er en dårlig konstruksjon da det stadig er det samme.
