Langs tilførselsvegen (gml Foldnesvegen) til Storhilderen nr 17, nr 19, nr 21 og nr 25, i det markerte feltet, (attmed grensa til Storhilderen nr 15) har det blitt fyllt opp ein jordvoll på Øygarden Kommune si eigedom, Gnr.35 br.602/0. Denne ligg heilt inntil asfaltkanten i gml Foldnesvegen og vil føre til at vatn vil bli liggande i vegbana når det regnar. Det er kommunen eller fylket som eig eigedommen, som bør sjå til at området blir tilbakeført til slik det har vert i alle år (vegskulder med skråning nedanfor).
