Etter at det ble lagt fjernvarmerør i Lørenveien for noen år siden, har det blitt setninger i veikanten. Dette kan skyldes dårlig kompresjon av fyllmasse. Etter asfaltering har massene sunket sammen med den følge at det dannes en vanndam utenfor Lørenveien 20.
