Utbygger har brukt kommunal vei som utstyrslager for brakke, toalett, biler og byggematerialer m.m i lang tid. På Vinterstid resulterer dette i veldig dårlig brøyting. Det skaper trafikkfarlige sitasjoner ved trange gateløp og hindrer sikt fra utkjøringer av nærliggende eiendommer.
