Sent to Kongsvinger less than a minute later

Det mangler avfallsbeholdere i hele Øvrebyen som blant annet gjør at hundeeiere ikke tar opp etter hunden sin, og annet avfall kastes på bakken. Det ville hjulpet stort med noen beholdere oppover Storgata, fra Alfs gate til Festningen.
