Vi som bor i HELLINGA har fortsatt ikke gatelys... det er lagt opp til å sette opp lys, mangler bare selve gatelysene..... stummende og farlig mørkt her! Mange små barn har kommet til de siste årene i gata og de må leke i farlig mørke..
